When you contribute to the Bradenton Kiwanis Foundation you extend your philanthropic impact toward helping children and young people in need in Manatee County. The Board of Directors reviews and annually approves grants to local nonprofit organizations. The approved grants are based on the recommendations of the Charitable Committee. The Charitable Committee is comprised of nine Kiwanis members that consist of three past presidents of either the Foundation or the Club, three members of the Club appointed by the Club and three members appointed by the Foundation. The approved grants go toward filling a financial gap and assisting local recipient nonprofit organizations with important projects and programs that would otherwise remain beyond their financial resources.

Bradenton Kiwanis Foundation contributes over $289,000 to local charities.
